At Powerform we believe in being EFFECTIVE. Two, 30-minute sessions a week of the RIGHT LIFTS in the RIGHT form will yield phenomenal results. We do not promise the perfect body, but we know that if you stick with our program you will get STRONGER.

Our trainers aren’t just trainers, they’re coaches. They can teach you how to move weight, but they will also motivate you.
Our trainers have over 50 years of collective experience in helping clients achieve their goals. They’ve learned what works, what doesn’t, and what gets results. Together, you and your trainer will figure out a customized program that will get YOU to where you want to be.
Anyone / Our Gym
Members of Powerform hold 24 state titles, 4 national titles, and 10 world titles in strength competitions. However, the vast, vast majority of our clients do not compete. They come from ALL walks of life, are of all ages, and have many different fitness goals.
Powerform is a humble place. You’ll find more iron and chalk than you will scented towels and that’s how we like it. A vast collection of equipment will keep you engaged and well-rounded.
